This partnership will enable DIC Corporation to strengthen its capabilities in quantum chemistry and computing, which will help to accelerate the development of new materials and innovative processes.
Honeywell International Inc. stated that it has developed a method to melt down low-grade plastic waste and transform it back into oil which can be utilized to feed refineries. The use of this technology enables the company to convert low-grade plastics into a refinery feedstock, which can then be used to produce fuels and other products.
